My underwear never chaffes.....I guess you need some for that to happen hahaha. I did get a bit on my thigh from my shorts though.

Chooks had to fend for themselves this morning.

Alicia and I both completed our first competitive marathons. I was very happy to debut with a finish time of 3:12.28 seconds, 78th overall from a field of 1148. Still about 59 minutes behind first place though, a very slight Japanese fellow taking home the 20k prize money.

We are bushed, the kids are in bed, facebook has exploded with all our running friends updates, time for me to slip into bed and get some recovery!
