Hello
We are new here but are pretty well rounded when it comes to poultry We have roughly 60 chickens, 3 ducks, and two turkeys. Plus I have 10 chicks in the brooding box We have Americaunas, Silver Laced Wyandottes, Blue Laced Red Wyandottes, Silkies, Buff Orpingtons, Cuckoo Marans, Wellsummers, Black Australorps, Brown and White Leghorns, Barred Rocks, Light Brahmas, Rhode Island Reds, I thinks that's all the chickens lol. Anyway, we have Pekin Hens, and a Mallard drake, along with a Large Bronze turkey and a Royal Palm hen. Along with the birds we have 2 holsteins and 2 black Angus heifers, as well as my Thoroughbred Mare. We have 2 beautiful daughter's aged 3 and 1.
I look forward to lots of new friends and many opinions to help us in our journey through chicken farming

G’Day from down under ChickensMcGraw :frow Welcome!

I hope you enjoy being a BYC member. There are lots of friendly and very helpful folks here so not only is it overflowing with useful information it is also a great place to make friends and have some fun.

Including your general location on your profile will assist others. Location, climate, season etc can be important factors when members are responding to any questions you may have and vice versa.

You might want to also Find Your State Thread and pop in and say hello.

BYC has Topic of the Week discussions which I have found to be a great resource, informative and sometimes entertaining; so definitely worth checking out.

You have a beautiful flock! If you would like to share Pictures and Stories of them or your other critters, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out ;)
