Wow,, I know several people who have dogs older than 21. I'll have to see what it takes to be certified.

Oh I am sooo very sorry. Our dogs are like our children and its very painful to say that last goodbye to them when the time comes. Dogs truly make life so much better as they teach you how to have fun and enjoy life to the fullest. I am sure your little girl will hope you will find another lucky dog to join your family when you are ready.
