Our neighbor is looking to rehome "Snow" a Pyrenees

This dog is a real sweetie but kept chained and needs a job he is an escape artist from the chain and fences. We can probably work out transport for this guy if we can locate a responsible owner for it. He needs to be fed more as he is only about 90 pounds and more than likely a mess medically at under 3 years of age. We would like to see him moved out as well as this breed does not belong in the Texas heat. I trust him and talk to him when he roams around he would make a great cuddle bear. Owner will surrender him.

Well living where I do I am 99% certain Heartworm will need to be treated. Potentially coccidiosis too. The animal will need a full fecal float test and someone who will treat it. He is a very loveable guy.

Does he have any guardian training or starting at sq 1?

Have they looked into the humane society? I understand if they don't want to relinquish him directly to a shelter, but it may be a quicker and easier option than searching for someone to take him.

Down here that is a guaranteed death for the dog. I am just vouching for the dog he is desireable. I would rather see him out on a chain vs involving the Humane society.

The boy knows where he lives. I do not know what what training he has ever received. I just know he will protect whatever it is yous own,
