I need more room but my parents aren't big chicken fans like I am. Im going to start saving now like your daughter did so I can get a farm young to she sounds like a smart girl!
I want to thank everyone for their kind words and posts. Robin is now back home and is having a wonderful time on her little farm. She said "It's so idyllic...just like I had imagined that it could be". Of course, that came with a lot of hard work
She is back at the Univ. of Florida taking 21 hours this summer (
) so she's a busy girl. Reintegration from Iraq has gone pretty well...she still has some problems sequencing priorities...but it's getting better.
Here is Robin the soldier and Robin the chicken lover....
WOW!!!! What an awesome find and transformation!! Gainseville is the prettiest area and our family loves it there! One of these days we would love to move to Gainseville. Great farming, great bicycling roads and quiet, peaceful living! You have done a phenomenal job on the house and barn! Glad your daughter is home safe from Iraq! My brother was sent to Iraq 3 times..it is tough waiting for them to arrive home safe! Love all the pictures! Thanks for sharing your home and hard work with us!
She certainly deserves to slow down & enjoy some chicken tranquility! You guys did an amazing job with the barn--I'm so glad to see it still being used and enjoyed. Way to go!
