Looks like a good sized coop will it have sufficient ventilation high up under the roof?

Alright now that is a top notch chicken coop and well worth taking the time to look at all of your photos and watching the construction in progress in action

Yes, I think so. Ventilation is very important. We still have a bit of work to do but we want to make sure we make it sturdy and critter proof. We have invested a lot and gotten attached to all our babies so fort Knox will have a hard time getting in lol.

Just be sure and use hardware cloth on your run rather than chicken wire. There are just too many predators that can tear through chicken wire, or squeeze through the openings in the mesh. If you have racoon in your areas be sure and either padlock or at least use a double action latch on your door as coons can easily figure out how to open a single action latch.

Oh absolutely! We live in the country so all the critters are a threat to them. Got a huge opossum last night. Guess when they go outside I'm gonna be standing night duty guard. Lol they are all growing fast and flying around already too. Lol I know they are wanting to stretch their wings and legs bad.
