Our new coop with a DECK!!!

The thing I love most about this is it's really easy to clean, it's very well ventilated, and it stays bone dry in the run and the coop because of the real roof. The ridge vent in the roof keep it very fresh and cooler than it would otherwise be.

Also, I'm fairly certain it's predator proof (so far) since the bottom is completely enclosed below the wood base. We live in the woods, and I know we have raccoons and such, I see them all the time, even before we even thought about chickens!

Nice setup. Some chairs on that deck will work great to enjoy your favorite beverage this fall. Maybe plant a tiki torch or two. You could make that deck a very social area.
