DW would LOVE it. She wants a wrap around porch SOOO BAAADD!! I lived in Ga. for a couple of years as a teen, in the mid 70's. Nice place!

We just need to get to a place that is easier for DH with his degenerative disc disease and my various old age ailments to handle. It has so much potential that we don't have the muscle or the energy to bring to fruition.

Cyn, if your place were in the mountains of AZ, it would already be sold for twice that amount. (or I would have purchased it already!)

BEAUTIFUL!! You have LOTS of mowing too. I can mow mine in 3 hours if I don't stop, & go as fast as a 48" mower will go.

Lucky, mine takes forever on a tiny push mower going slower than a dog can crawl.
