Our power outage. Do you think my eggs will be ok?

I am so glad everything is back on. Hubby bought a new generator today that will power this house completely. They are not cheap. Never need to worry about that happening again no matter what. I am a firm believer of having a generator if one can. I come from a place Called Chebeague Island. When I was young (I am 60 now) our power would go out for days and more often than most other places. You could only get to the Island by boat so we would have a long wait sometimes depending on if they could even run the boat. We always had the essentials like a wood stove, food an old car battery with a wired up light bulb for light or kerosene lanterns and candles. But for playing cards during the outages we would use the bulb. Better light. I think it was a car light maybe. Not sure, it was a long time ago. I think the eggs are going to be ok. I think I saw a little movement in a couple of them. Thanks again for all your help.

They are indeed not cheap.
I agree with other posters. I believe your eggs will be good. Especially since they were only in there a week. You may want to read through the following link. It should set your mind at ease. High heat (over104F) for the same amount of time would kill the embryos.
