Our pullet Mango is now MAN-go!!

I know it is recommended that the Cornish X hens get 1/4c and roos get 1/3c. I know it doesn't sound like a lot but with other foods they do get enough for them, though they could easily eat over a pound a day if ya let them.
And let him run and forage as much as possible, exercise is really key! Toss some millet on the ground and let them at it

Have you tried any melons? All of mine love any that I have given them...and greens too. Mustard and collard are high in calcium, which would be good

I have seen my pullets fluff up and tell the cockerels off. So yes she could still be a she.

It's very frustrating to find out that one is a boy that you were really really hoping was a girl. My little cockerel, Jack, used to be known as Faustina.

I am really hoping that Dorothy is not a "Dumpling."

I think sometimes, it takes them a little bit to acquire a taste for different foods. But once they do, look out, its a favorite.
