We had everything except the hardwire cloth for the run. Everything else we had around left over from diffrent projects. Being that it is an old rabbit hutch not only is the run surrounded in hardwire cloth but also the top. We put foam insulation on the inside and plywood over that. The outside has plywood than siding. The plexiglass window can be removed for warm or hot days and the sides that come down are covering an opening that is there for ventilation. This is our second coop and we were able to do it in a weekend.

I love it! I have a lot of rabbit hutches rebuilt as Serama coops. Perfect size for my trios or pairs. Im always hunting Craigslist and Cheapcycle for them! Great job!!
