Our Rooster Has It Backwards

Our rooster (7.5 months old) is mounting all 10 hens in his/our flock. He is neither tactful nor gentle but has at least started dancing a little after copulation. I'm wondering if he will learn to do the courting before the wham-bam, thank you ma'am. Any opinions?

He will perfect his skills. Right now the testosterone is raging.
