The two roosters are the same age, we got them at tractor supply last year. This morning I found one had gotten mauled by the other. I’m ready to give away either of them if i need to, I’m just curious if anyone else has managed to keep their roosters in the same flock without such incidents occurring, after the initial fight?

How old are these roosters and how much space do you have?
IF you have a lot of space and a lot of hens and want to keep both, then make two separate flocks (their own coops/runs).

Sometimes roosters may get along, but it really doesn't matter how many hens there are, the dominant wants ALL of the hens.

Explain "mauled" - that can mean a lot of things. Is the mauled rooster able to get up, move, eat/drink on his own, crow, etc.? Was this a spat or a beating?

Photos of the roosters, housing/space?
