Our very first egg :-) :-)

Stella was the first of our girls to lay an egg! Our friend came over yesterday to help us add on to our coop. He continued to work on it, but we had to go to my cousin's wedding. At the reception, my friend called to tell us that Stella laid the first egg!!

Small, but still AWESOME! It is a pretty green with brown speckles!

Thank you everyone! No eggs today-- but hoping the rest of the girls will get the hang of it too! We just added on to the coop for the nest boxes and it looks great! I am hoping it works out well.

Today we ended up with TWO eggs-- so another one of our girls figured it out
