So I'd say this was a successful hatch

Mine are just a mutt hatch, by my americauna roo and an assortment of Cochin, Rhode Island Reds, golden laced wyandotte and black australop hens, so I have a colorfu assortment in the brooder tonight. I have my black and blue marans now moved to the barn, and tomorrow will start on individual coops for my breeders where I will seperate them by breed (4 hens to one roo) and keep my "mutts" for my own eggs to eat. I love my chickens!!

Thanks. they really are cute, and Im happy with the hatch rate this time. Last time only 1 made it so this time I'm thilled. I even forgot to take out the egg turner until the day before they hatched since I was out of town, and they still survived. LOL

Agreeing with all the folks demanding pictures!

Also, congratulations on such a successful hatch! That's a great hatch rate. I hope to have one like that sometime soon. My first two hatches haven't gone so well, thanks to power outages. Oh well, I'm sure I'll get mine soon enough!
