in a pinch I feed them oatmeal (cooked or raw, they like both)
They get a lot out of ranging so I'd let them out as much as you can!
there should be leftovers galore this time of week, and they can eat almost anything we do....
you could sprout some beans for them, some people swear by it although mine always seem to sour
you could get them some BOSS or birdseed, and a suet block, but you said you already had scratch so you probably don't need both kinds of treats
and they seem to enjoy cornmeal too, although its probably about worthless as feed goes, but better than feeling hungry I guess
if you can get "day old" bread it's not really great nutritionally, but again, better than starving
