Out of ideas on what this could be

My chicken was found in a corner of the coop during night check on 12/19 with a cyst like formation at the corner of her beak and a swollen right eye.

I treated her with tylan 50 orally for one week with little change. Tried some triple antibiotic on the site topically for 3 days. Tried DE. Tried Vetricyn. We looked inside her mouth and did not see any yellow pus or formations. Now beak is starting to crisscross.

any help or suggestions are appreciated!

Nothing venomous near us.
We're in Michigan so winter is kicking in.
Thought maybe she scratched herself but not finding any puncture sites

She can open it very little. We flushed it out a few days in a row, not noticing any discharge from within.

This might be a tumor. How old is she? Was she vaccinated against Marek's Disease?

She is almost 4 years old. And yes, she was vaccinated for Marek's.

Fowl pox usually would look different too, so is there an avian vet you could take her to get an accurate diagnosis?

If your local climate supports mosquitoes and they are currently active, then this hen likely has fowl pox.
