Its not like she is lowest in pecking order either etc. I have a dresser with several slots, which i converted into nest boxes, which they all have been using. Well, except past two days, i have found her eggs in same spot, behind pallet pushed up against my house.

Sometimes it can indicate that a hen is thinking of becoming broody, when she hunts out a secret location for herself to lay. With an ISA brown that is unlikely but not totally impossible. Sometimes they just find a new location that appeals to them more than the nesting boxes provided. I used to have a daily egg hunt with my hens when they free ranged often involving ladders or crawling into awkward to access nooks and crannies, especially with my leghorns!

You don't have a Coop?...Without a Coop and nest boxes with an attached run, Chickens start picking their own places to lay eggs...
I have coop with nesting box attached to it but i got tired of hearing them squawk over it i have six hens. So, i have extra nesting boxes but they quit using the original one atrached to coop and all started using the thing i converted into nest boxes besides past 2days, iso brown started laying in new spot

Third day in a row yesterday. What the heck. She isnt the breed to go broody and shes only one my roo doesnt mate. I can tell by the yolk, I've looked. Should i leave some fertile eggs in that spot to see what happens?

no it has no bulls eye and shes only one ive never seem him with she fights him off if he tries. He is a banty roo so. But to answer your question no no broody traits just the fact she randomly changed her spot she lays i mean whar reason would she have?

She's started a new habit, for whatever reason.
Keep them confined to coop and run to 'force' her to lay in the coop nests.
Fake egg in nests may help.

Free range birds sometimes need to be 'trained'(or re-trained) to lay in the coop nests, especially new layers. Leaving them locked in the coop for a week or so can help 'home' them to lay in the coop nests. Fake eggs/golf balls in the nests can help 'show' them were to lay. They can be confined to coop and maybe run 24/7 for a few days to a week, provided you have adequate space and ventilation, or confine them at least until mid to late afternoon. You help them create a new habit and they will usually stick with it. ..at least for a good while, then repeat as necessary.

She is a Chicken....Mine do not always use the same nest boxes...if one is being occupied they use another one..Sometimes they lay on the floor..?
