out of nowhere one of iso brown started laying eggs in different spot

She's started a new habit, for whatever reason.
Keep them confined to coop and run to 'force' her to lay in the coop nests.
Fake egg in nests may help.

Free range birds sometimes need to be 'trained'(or re-trained) to lay in the coop nests, especially new layers. Leaving them locked in the coop for a week or so can help 'home' them to lay in the coop nests. Fake eggs/golf balls in the nests can help 'show' them were to lay. They can be confined to coop and maybe run 24/7 for a few days to a week, provided you have adequate space and ventilation, or confine them at least until mid to late afternoon. You help them create a new habit and they will usually stick with it. ..at least for a good while, then repeat as necessary.
Ok, thank you. will do

Even if she was thinking of going broody and laying herself a clutch to hatch, this is not a good time of year for it, so I would not encourage it. If the new nest is a convenient place for you to collect eggs from, then I would leave her to it but collect the eggs each day.
I quite like my chickens being individual about where they lay and find it interesting to see what sort of places they naturally choose..... it gives me a better idea of what characteristics they prefer in a nesting location and sometimes I amuse myself by making nest boxes out of different materials and placing them in odd locations around the place and see how long it takes them to find it and adopt it.... I know.... I'm weird

You must live in a total predator free place?....My one Pullet laid her egg under a Lilac tree...
The Cat from next door came over to visit and free load as usual..He found that egg and batted it around an tried chewing it..Finally he succeeded and then lapped up his prize...
