Do you know of any books or on-line stuff about butchering chickens - that will prepare your children to see or at least accept it?

There are many websites about processing chickens that show children in there helping. One of my favorites is http://www.HowToButcherAChicken.com where Mr. Kimball shows his 11-year-old learning to process chickens by himself.
