Ok so Im leaving they day before lock down (thurs) for a camping trip. My SO will be here till friday late afternoon but he doesnt know much about hatching cept turning eggs and chicks come out of them
Ive got guineas and chickens in there that are due to hatch the same day (sunday/monday)
Usually what I do to raise humidity is put a cup of water and a sponge in there. It has been rather humid here in Ga this whole hatch and right now if my wells are filled up the humidity is 70%-65%. My humidity levels have been 50-65% for about a week now, I hope that is ok..
Im thinking of telling SO to just put a sponge in there.
That way the humidity doesnt got really far up and the sponge should wear off by the time the chicks start hatching bumping the humidity back up, right?
What is the best thing to do?
