I initially thought the chickens broke this other chickens leg, so I splinted it and she did fine. After I took the splint off I noticed the foot was turned outward away from her body so I was told to rebreak it and reset it. I did that as well, and left the splint on for 7 days. When I removed it, it looked great and it was turned back the way it should be. Now we are 4 days post splint and the foot is back out to the left away from her body!! Poor thing can't stand, she hobbles around but the other chickens prey on her and will attack her. Thus I have her in her own pen and carefully monitor her when I put them all together. She has to sit to eat or we have to hold her food and water while she stands. I am at a lose as to what to do about this. She appears otherwise healthy.
