OutDoor cooling system or mist

Sunday I brought a cooling system for the chicken run,( at Ace hardware for 23.99 ) it runs off the water hose and lets out a mist , I think they like it, I saw one of them standing close to it and getting a nice cold breeze, she seems to like it , it was 92 today and hot . I also put ice in their water several times a day and in my dogs water too. Is there any thing else I can do to make sure their comfortable in this summer? I'm fairly new, I've only had them for 4 months now and loving it LOL

Sounds like your doing things right. It got up to 100 here yesterday and I just kept the sprinkler going for them, and put out a "wading pool" for them to cool their feet in. Did the same as you with the ice in their water.

You could feed them frozen vedgies to cool them down as well.
