Outdoor plants for budgie toys?

anyone know what wild plants budgies can consume? Wanted to make toys and enrichment out of outdoor flora. I know the woods safe for perches but what about foliage, weeds, leaves, etc...?

I'd like to know too. I bought some wooden blocks and have made some toys, but I've also used branches from outside for perches. Was wondering about leaves, tree buds, etc.
I never was good with house plants.
