How long can babies who are in an indoor brooder be outside without a heater for playtime? Example....they'll be two weeks on Monday and its currently 67 outside.

Pretty long. You can put a huddle box out with them and they can warm up in that if needed.
Do they have a predator proof place to be outdoors in?

Yes. I have a predator proof coop that they're playing under. I'm also not leaving their side.
