Our girls are nearly 3 weeks old and we are expecting 60 degree weather on Sunday, do you think that is warm enough for them to get some fresh air?

No I would wait until they are older. I didn't follow by the book but it says drop the temp. 5 degrees each week starting at 90. So technically you should be at 75 degrees. I think you'd be fine if it was 70 degrees or a little lower but 60 just seems a little cold for chicks, I would wait
