hey question should we lock them in the small inside part or should I just lock them in the small run I’m just worried about predators idk how to explain it I have a house and a run and then a huge run on top of it should I lock them in the small run or lock them in the house

Lock them in the coop. I don't see any hardware cloth on the bottom preventing predator from digging underneath, and getting in to the run section.
