That’s good if on more than one side but if you get hot an humid in the summer they are going to roast in your coop. Those slits will help get out moisture but isn’t going to provide fresh air.

Thank you for letting me know so I should add more wholes do they have to be big wholes?
 
Windows you look at that link it will show you you can cut them out and put hinges on the piece you cut so if needed you can close out hardware cloth over the holes you cut so nothing can climb in. I’d do south side and east side.

Do you think there okay for a little but until we have time to do it ?
 
Best thing to do is get a outside thermometer and see what your temp are morning noon and night heat is going to build up during the day inside your coop more than outside then the ducks are going to give off heat and moisture . You just don’t want them hot an miserable inside plus you want to keep the inside of your coop dry and having windows an ventilation will help with that.
