outside incubator is more than 100 F

What is best thing to do when the temperature outside incubators become more 100 degree Fahrenheit.

Dunk them in medium cold to regular cold water not too cold but definitely cold dunk them neck down also make sure that they have lots of clean water also water melon hydrates them a lot!
