Outside

I have week old babies that momma hatched herself. I live in SC where it's currently hotter than hell outside. Right now there at 8 babies plus mom inside in a brooder box.
With it being 100+° outside can I put mom and babies outside in the chicken tractor

Is this an inside or outside brooder box? If outside, what is the temperature in the box?

As for the chicken tractor - will this have a good deal of shade and ventilation?

Are they in the coop? If they are then the mom will take her chicks outside if the door is open.
