The real thing here I think is first are the birds fully feathered? They should be. If they are still inside under a heat lamp then you probably shouldn't be bringing them outside. They don't have Mama to hide under when they get cold. I think a general age that is good is around 6 wks. Or I would say if that age or younger 75-80 F degrees with low winds. JMO.
