Out of curiosity yesterday, I got out the muffin tin and put 6 fresh raw organic eggs into 6 muffin cups and put them into the oven at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. Took them out and set them on the sideboard to cool and thenpeeled them. To my surprise, they did peel much easier!! Usually fresh eggs peel with some difficulty, but these came out just fine. Now back to the egg salad!
