Oven Roasted Muscovy Recipes, Anyone...??

Has anyone a recipe or two on cooking a oven roasted Muscovey duck...? Looking for a tried and true tasty recipe, using the whole duck, not just the breast...thanks in advance...

try this one. I used it on a cayuga but duck is duck to me. Takes the fat out very well, and it shows pictures of each stage so you know what to look for

Thanks Aussieheeir...I guess the Americans around here that raise ducks don't oven roast them....lol....
