Over a month, no eggs

I have 3 hens in a common coop. No nesting boxes, one large coop w straw. They are contained in a 10x10 dog run style kennel. It's been over a month and no eggs. Feed chicken feed n supplement w crushed oysters n cracked corn

Hi! How old are they? How cold is it where you are? Is it possible that you have egg-eating critters getting into you coop?

I don't know age. No critters getting in. I check every morning and nothing. I have 4 sides and a top.

Temperature since I've had them maybe 40s coldest, a couple mid 70s days. Just getting into spring. Been steady avg 50s maybe. Va beach

Any advice. Do I need seperate roosting boxes
