Over aggressive black sex link

We have a Black sex link who picks on one of our road island red hens and only her, she is a bit smaller than the rest and is in good health, this has been going on only for the last few days and only between the two of them.. There is plenty of food and water and they have the whole yard to run in so it's not like they are caged up in a small space.. I really don't want to see her hurt or have to give her away she is so sweet... I only have 5 hens, 2 road island reds, 2 black sex links, and 1 Americana.... Thanks for any help...

If you are able too you should separate the aggressive hen from the rest. Put her in a dog crate or something similar with food and water for a couple days. Kind of like a timeout but for chickens. If her behavior continues after you put her back with the others than you might need to rehome her.
