Over-enthusiastic rooster= bald-headed hen

I've noticed my rooster tends to pull more feathers out with her beak then his claws, when mating. I know there are chicken saddles that would help with the claw defeathering. Not sure if there is such a thing as a chicken collar/helm to help prevent beak defeathering while mating. Anyone know?
