I have thought on pickling some of my quail eggs as I read that they taste delicious, and it'll last longer than if I leave them in an egg tray on the counter.

Pickled eggs won out over deviled. Made 8, they're pullet eggs so they will go quickly if they're any good.

Anyone have a pickled egg recipe they'd care to share?
