Oru rooster seems to keep the girls in the coop untill we chase him out. We lost all of our girls about 5 months ago due to a cat. He was a lone survivor! We got 6 more pullets bout 2 weeks later. Now one just started to lay eggs. Survie (our roo) is very protective.
