Over Run With Duck Eggs

I put an add on craigslist and can't produce enough for the Asian market. I get $5.00 a dozen.
They pick up at my house. I had to pull some of my fertile eggs to hatch and felt like I was sneaking
my own eggs when I had to tell my customer why we were short a dozen this week. My duck eggs
allmost pay for the feed for all my birds.

I bring deviled duck eggs to office and church potlucks. They disappear fast!

Great ideas everybody. I just called a church, and I'm waiting to hear back. I don't have a car to get around, so that makes it difficult. I will put up a sign, but I have to wait for my one day shopping spree, to get some paint. Thanks again

I would like to sugest a couple of things to do with eggs. One is the Asian markets. I had a call from a person interested in trading for some food. she makes all kinds of Asian food and sells it to customers and delivers it in our community. I am trading for some egg rollds Yummy!

I also made some hot pepper pickled eggs for Christmas gifts and birthyday gifts. I gave a friend some and he shared with friends. One liked them so much they asked for more because the guy wanted to trade for a truckload of fire wood! Now that some expensive eggs!
