over sexed hens

my silkie hen has the feathers pulled from her neck.. it doesnt appear to have skin pulled from it.. I tried to put a ban-aid on her put either she or the roo pulled it off.... so how do I help her heal up???

My girls are looking really rough right now too, I didn't know what to do to help them.

I have three silkie hens in one coop with a roo that is very rough on them, and they look like it, all thier head feathers are missing.I n another pen I have three silkies with a very gentle roo and they don't look abused at all:>) Maybe try finding a more gentle roo in the future
