Are you certain the crop is sour?
The nystatin will help treat symptoms of sour crop.
Do keep in mind that crop issues are often a symptom of any underlying condition. So treating the crop is good, but consider a fecal float to rule out worms and coccidiosis. Some other common problems that cause a crop to slow and sour are reproductive disorders and infection.

I haven't seen anything in fecals other than those things I initially thought were coccidia oocysts, very small at 300x, however, the samples have been small or liquidy.

When I posted the last picture, her crop had what feels like a small bit of food and grit, the size of a walnut when she held it up in a ball. It's now almost flat. Early this morning, it was a golf ball.

She got out while I cleaned her place and took the mat outside to get that last picture. She scratched up some bugs, grit and stuff before I caught her, but didn't get to grass. Her crop was over walnut size. I massaged it, and felt it reduce until indented.

I only smelled chicken, today, no sour smell. Her ears are barely pale anymore, her feathers are growing in, she's very energetic, and her digestive system is moving pretty quickly. Her eyes are still a bit bloodshot and she's still having diarrhea as pictured and losing weight.

I've been thinking it was some kind of pathogen from the wet grass. I don't want to give her something unless it's treating a problem she has. She seems to be getting over it, though slowly. If I can reduce the drain on her, I'd like to do that. Does Nystatin still sound like it would help? I don't want to risk lengthening the diarrhea if I can help it.

She was tearing up the house, but I finally have her set up in a cage next to the others, up above the ground so she can't forage, with water and wet feed tied in so hopefully she can't spill them anymore.

I'm going to try a bit of Greek yogurt now.

It's good that the crop is reducing.
Up to you to decide whether the Nystatin would be of benefit since you are the one feeling of her crop and seeing her symptoms first hand.

Often a crop issue is due to an underlying condition, so she may have more going on.

I'd just give her plain feed and water for a day or three, see what comes out the other end.

She gained weight some days, but still lost a bit on average... Her crop was flat very early this morning, but there are one or two small lumps that are taking forever. If there are two, they are rarely both in the crop, like she chews on one for a bit, then tries the other. They are shrinking slowly, but not as fast as everything else did. She's drinking lots of water, thus the wet droppings. I am considering giving her some coconut oil, to soften the lump(s). I offered a few tiny shavings, to see if she was interested. She ate one, but, of course, it melted in her mouth, so I would pop a small ball in, instead. Here are recent droppings:
