Here is my Barred rock rooster Rubar (at least I was told he was a barred rock!)

I almost didnt post him becase our two month old mini horse colt has discovered that it is fun to chase poor Rubar and pluck his tail feathers. He had some butiful ones a couple of days ago, then last night I saw Luke chasing rubar and coming away with a mouthful of tail feathers. rubar is half the colts size and Luke is the only colt we had this year, everything else was a filly so he is probably trying to play. sigh boys.

These are wonderful pictures. It is really allowing me to get a good look at quite a few breeds and will help in making my decision on what to do with the roos I have and what to get in the near future!
