Overcast days?

Does this slow egg production? I'm sure it's answered here somewhere...

I haven't noticed any difference in egg production during or after overcast days.

Thanks for the responses. They are young and in the process of retraining on where the nest boxes are. Could just have been stress induced.

It's always hard to get them to lay in the proper spot! I hope you can get them to!

I have 3 who are pretty good about it. The others do seem to observe this. They've even come in from foraging to join in the egg song (my roo has done this too). One girl sits but has only layed one tiny egg. She is still quite small. The coop is open today & the 3 I know are laying seem to be taking turns in one nest box. At least they aren't in the woods!
