The most important thing to remember is that prefab coop manufacturers grossly exaggerate how many birds their buildings can reasonably house.

The thing I've noticed is when people question a manufacturer's claim that X coop holds Y birds is "There's a lot of ways to calculate space and we're using 'industry standard.'" That's 1 sq ft per bird in many areas. A standard hen standing still takes up 1 sq ft.

Some manufacturers are better about it and calculate 2, even 3 sq ft inside the coop. But that's not the usual numbers I see.

I see it all the time at places like TSC, Farm & Home etc.. People want 5 or 6 birds and they think this 3 or 4 hundred dollar building will suffice. False advertising!
I've crowded birds in buildings from time to time but only to sleep. They are out at dawn and in at dusk so no wake time in the cramped conditions.

Sorry to rant but this topic really gets my ire up.

What are the dimensions of the coop? A good rule of thumb is that each bird should have at least 8-10 sq feet of room in the run. For 13 birds you will need a run that has a total of at least 104-130 sq feet.

Ok, since Miss Dobie has already said it yes you are going to need more space.
Id like to address something else, you have RIR's and one odd girl. Keep a close eye on your odd one, your reds may very well make life hard for her since they tend to have more of a clique rather than a flock mentality.

I did keep a close eye on my odd one for the first few weeks. They did give her a bit of a hard time (nothing too aggressive or I would've separated)for about 3 days and then she just became one of the group. She is doing great in the coop now. This is about the time line I've read with introducing any new bird if it is the same kind or not.

That is 42 square feet if that height and width is including the floor space of the coop (if the coop doesn’t fill that entire height and width, its much smaller) , good for no more than 10 chickens.

Half price is a bonus.
Sadly, those are external measurements, not interior where it counts.
Maximum capacity would be 6-10 birds depending on size and breeds.

Your best bet would be to peruse the Coops page here and find one that would serve your purpose. Then build it yourself or hire someone to build it for you.
Your current coop will serve you very well as a quarantine coop. You can use it for sick, injured, new, overly aggressive or broody birds.

Not the entire set up.

When you look at that photo, keep in mind the manufacturer is expecting all those chickens to crowd into the enclosed area at night to sleep. Do they look like they'll all fit comfortably in there?

Obviously the "run area" if used as the only run, is ridiculously small, but you're aware of that.
