Well if your living in a humid climate you definitely go lower during setting. I'm in a dry climate so I run between 40 and 50 %

Air cells need to get bigger as the embryo grows and moisture leaves the egg. The babies first internally pip a air cell on the egg which provides oxygen till they externally pip the outer shell.
