overrun with roosters!!

I bought meat chickens once and did the processing at nine weeks? Any way, I had one processed, head removed, skin removed, but if you touched it, it would still "flex" kinda creepy.
Dont creep me out im all ready having a hard time thinking of culling one:gig:lau

The eggs have spots when your chickens have worms? I have never heard of that. I have had lots of speckled eggs over the years. In my experience, it's just been the way a certain chicken "paints" them as they're being processed. Even if they did have worms, I have never heard of worms getting into the eggs. Never experienced it in over 30 years of chicken raising, either. The only reason you would have to not eat their eggs is if you treat them for worms. Then you'd have to follow label directions as to how long you should not eat those eggs.

Its a certain type of spots on the eggs not the normal speckling you get..someone told me this a while back...im dont think they do just being paranoid...your making me less worried since you have had a lot of experience with chickens..so thank you i really appreciate it.

You're very welcome. I enjoy raising chickens and wish to share that with others.

I take care of all the farm animals it was my idea that we get any farm animals...

Wowzers! You've got your hands full! Keep learning, and keep trying. Finishing high school in one year is a very ambitious goal. I wish you the best!
