Overweight hens rescued. How to help them lose weight?

Cant get on roosts, heavy in breast area, sounds like cornish please post a picture if possible.
Not heavy in breast area. Heavy in bottom. Not cornish. Pics don't really show how heavy they are. They look normal size but I definitely know they are overweight when I go to pick them up! I included a group picture with them next to my other girls. You really can't tell by looking at them how heavy their bottom end is. :)

PS: how do i get notifications sent to my phone when someone responds to my posts. I never got anything regarding your post. I just happened to notice it when I logged on and saw a 1 next to the bell up at the top of the screen.

Can you weigh them?

Very well could be a bit too fatty in the abdomen, they may lose a little over time.
They look like New Hampshire's which can vary on weight depending on where they came from/line. Some hatcheries tout their NH hens to be upwards of 6.5lbs mature, others at around 5lbs.
They look pretty good to me.

I've got a few NH even from a hatchery they can vary greatly in size. One is a hefty girl like the size of yours, one is fairly petite. The heritage NH I have are somewhere in between.
