Owls?

It's 7:00pm and it's still bright like the sunlight didn't come yet and I'm wonder do owls will wake up at this time because it's like morning but it's suppose to be night so do owl wake up at a same time each night?

Not all owls are nocturnal. The Northern Hawk owl and the Northern Pigmy Owl are considered crepuscular which means they are active during twilight hours of dawn and dusk.
