Great news! Just be patient and wait. Don't worry if they pip (break a hole in the shell to breath) and sit there and don't do anything. They are busy absorbing the egg yolk and detaching from the inside of the egg. They can sit like this for 24+ hours.

6am Barnvelder bantam hatched at 12 pm Rhode island red hatched but he only has one eye and one wing.. it's so sad...

I'm sorry to hear about the Rhode Island Red chick! It sounds like there could be a genetic problem with the parents that caused the missing eye and wing. Nutritional deficiencies may also have caused it, or possibly incorrect incubation conditions.
