I am getting conflicting information online. Is this the correct stuff to use? We recently tested positive for Mareks. Also one of my other chickens that hasn’t been exposed has yellow cottage cheese in its mouth.
I read that Oxine can be used in their water to help fight Bactria and viruses as well as clean the coop.
If this is the right stuff. What’s the dosage per gallon? Thank you

I don't think you've got the right stuff.
Oxine is Chlorine Dioxide.

You mention Yellow Cottage Cheese stuff inside the beak. Do you mean Canker? Is it a rotten odor or yeasty?
Can you get photos?

The Citric Acid you have can be mixed with Oxine to Acidify it for Cleaning without the birds present. You do not use Oxine in its "activated" state to treat birds directly (nebulize, drinking water, vaporizer, etc.).

I highly recommend that you read the article that @Shadrach linked above. There's more info on that site as well, so spend some time reading and understand how Oxine can be used. It's a very good product and folks have seen some good results but it must be used properly.

Now, going back to the Cottage Cheese stuff inside the beak - perhaps you were trying to find Acidified Copper Sulfate to treat Canker when you found the Citric Acid? IF you are dealing with Canker, then yes, you can use Acidified Copper Sulfate as treatment. Metronidazole is another option to use as treatment for Canker.

As always, if vet care is an option, that would be the best course of action to take.
